Sunday Dog Days 2018 at Norfolk Botanical Garden

Explore the Garden with your canine best friend.

Members and Members’ Dogs are FREE

Not-yet-members’ Dogs: $5 (human admission applies) –
become a
 member today.

Your dog must remain on a leash at all times.
Dogs are not permitted in the Children’s Garden or Butterfly House

Your pup is going to have a great time and will be thirsty.
Please bring water for your dog

We have fill-up stations throughout the Garden.

PLEASE pick up after your dog.
We will have extra doggie bags if needed.

You can even spend Valentine’s Day with the one you love — your dog! — in Norfolk’s most beautiful natural attraction.

Dates: February 1 – 28, 2017
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Enjoy the Garden all month in February…..ride your bike or bring FIDO for a walk.  Either way, you will enjoy discovering the Garden’s 12 miles of paved pathways – everyday, all month long.

Members: FIDO is FREE (in February), and of course, as a NBG Member, you never pay, during the day,  to come in. (Bring your bike—that’s free too!)

Not Yet Members: Admission for FIDO is just $5.  Bring your your bike – included with your Garden Admission.

FIDO GUIDELINES

  • For the safety of all of our human and furry guests, all dogs must be on a leash.
  • Please remember to bring a few doggie waste bags to pick up after your furry companion. If you forget, we have bags at the tollbooth, front desk, and bag stations in the Garden.
  • Please be mindful of our garden beds. We have 12 miles of paved pathways throughout the Garden for you and FIDO to explore – everywhere except WOW: A Children’s Adventure Garden.

FIDO Sundays in September returns to the Norfolk Botanical Garden
this month on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th.

Enjoy the Garden with FIDO and help support the
Norfolk Animal Care Center. 

Standard garden admission applies; Members get in free.
Pet fee is $5 per dog.

Remember to bring water for yourself and your dog.

Vet note:
All dogs should have up-to-date vaccinations before getting out and about and socializing with other dogs. Contact Us to check your pet’s status and find out whether any boosters are recommended.

One of the benefits of my annual membership to Norfolk Botanical Garden is the opportunity to experience the colors of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter in this lush, urban oasis less than two miles from our clinic.

I strolled through the woods last Sunday to observe the colors of the season. Though skies were hazy, I found some bright spots amid the grey.
